3 lap warmup..5 150's..hurdle drills..alternating sprint/jog 800..30 seconds strength building stuff..and (ready for this?) TEN 200 SPRINTS with a 100m jog and 100m walk in between. my lungs HURT after that one! then study table.
three exams this week :(
chems gonna kick my sorry ass, thats for sure.

its not like my dreams were shattered this year or anything..ohhhhoho wait! im just gonna come out and say that the dance aspect of it SUCKED more than anything i have ever experienced. but the rest was amazing!

dating boys, going to track STATES and being amazing, joining pom, anything i do with mb is my favorite too!

all the dance issues. sigh. and also working at CCI got soo hard to endure after awhile

so i don't get to go to cali this year. apparently the state of california has a thing about minors working without a guardian for 16-hour days. pf. oh weelll i tried not to get my hopes up because im too young for just about everything. har called and told me that my hwrk assignment tonight is to watch the victoria's secret fashion show. its so good, ive never watched it before but jeez its amazing. tyra's retiring :( but adrainna's my favvv. ok now ricky martin is doing a live show on the runway..this needs to end. ricky martin's new music should cease to exist. omg..my mom just told me he's gay! is that true?? whaaat! |
